About Luisa Gowani

Originally from Venezuela, Luisa moved to Connecticut when she was 5 years old and since then has relocated right where she belongs in Long Island, NY. Long Island has felt more like home to her than anywhere she’s ever lived. Not only does she admire how beautiful it is, but she also enjoys the abundance of trendy restaurants, loves how there are memories to be made all along the Island and truly feels the sense of a close-knit community.

 

With a background in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Luisa has a natural kick for communication, customer service and an ability to observe what her clients need and listen to their wants. These traits have made her transition into real estate a seamless one. 

 

Luisa’s love for real estate came from her childhood experience of moving quite a lot with her parents. Not having that one special place to call home has created this passion to find families and people their dream sanctuary. On the flip side, she is also very passionate about helping clients sell their home and being a part of that next chapter in their life.

 

Luisa is attracted to every aspect of real estate. As a competitive being by nature, she embraces the challenge it comes with.
